My 18 yr old son called when his charger would not shift out of park, i had read about the pink thingy problem and went straight to billet to order the part. It was here in a few days and my son pulled up the directions and replaced it himself. Thanks for make a quality product and great service.

My car was stuck in park. Thankfully it was in my garage. I google the problem online and came across a customer reference to Billets. I read several reviews from prior customers stating they had the same problem, purchased the product and installed it. "Yeah right"....I said. So I went to the dealership and they quoted me a minimum of $300. Not! I went back to the billets website and purchased the product. I pulled up the step by step instructions and gathered all the tools. Within 3 hours the part was installed. If you are reading this, then take the time to do it yourself. The instructions are awesome. Thank you!!!
